What is meditation really?!

Once in the right place, you can do your job better, get more done, and improve your business. This is because meditation can also help increase creativity and intelligence.
I heard a sentence: “True happiness is not out there. True happiness lies within."" And that sentence had a sound of truth to me, but the sentence doesn't tell you where the inside is, nor how to get there. One day I realized that meditation would be the way to go within.
